As a Producer at GB News, you will be responsible for daily planning, booking guests, building stories and scripting.

You’d be helping to create, book, and produce our live shows - working alongside a team of talented Producers, Assistant Editors and our star presenters

We are looking for an organised and hardworking Producer who is passionate about news and has a journalistic flair.

The ideal candidate will be able to meet tight deadlines and handle high-pressure situations. An understanding of media law, Ofcom and compliance issues is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing scripts, teases and other show content to the highest standards.
• Assisting in building compelling news, opinion, and debate content.
• Editing video, soundbites and stills for the show.
• Building story, guest and show segments using DiNA, our in-house system.
• Producing show graphics including straps and full frame graphics.
• Booking and briefing guests and contributors.
• Researching, reading, and pursuing relevant and compelling content.
